It was the grand finale of the week-long 2019 Word Explosion Conference which coincided with the Easter celebrations on Sunday, April 21. It was therefore not surprising that the joy of the Lord was palpable in the two services.
Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, in his message, stated that the life of a covenant child of God should be a conduit for the power of God. “Every child of God has been ordained as an ambassador of Christ,” he said.
Speaking from Ephesians 1:15-17, Pastor Taiwo enjoined believers to go beyond having a mental knowledge of the Word of God to experiencing the Word and manifesting it to the world. Three ways of activating our covenant realities, according to Pastor Taiwo, are prayer, meditation and declaring the Word. “The time has come for the physical realm to shake when you declare with your mouth,” he stated.
He then implored them to always meditate on and confess the Word of God as these are vital weapons in their hands. “God’s Words on the lips of a believer will move anything,” he said.
