Speaking from Psalm 91:9-10 which is the promise for the week, Pastor Nomthi told the congregation at the April 28 Sunday service that believers who dwell in the secret place of the Most High would never be harmed by afflictions or plagues. “No matter the affliction that comes our way, we have confidence in our God that it would not harm us because we have made Him our dwelling place,” she said.
Using the three Hebrews boys in the fiery furnace as an example, she said that God will never allow His children who put their total trust in Him be put to shame. She, therefore, urged them to always put their trust in God who is able to protect them from all evil. “No matter the scare around the country, it will not come near you because you dwell in the secret place of the Most High. You are protected and safe under the shadow of His wings,” she stated.
