Pastor Nomthi at the May 19 Sunday service told the congregation that God is always ready to answer them if they call on Him. According to her, there is no human mind that can fully explain God’s plans for His own; but they may not get those blessings if they don’t ask. “You don’t even have an idea what your God would do for you, all you need to do is call on Him. When you do, He will answer because He has already given His word,” she noted.
Speaking from Jeremiah 33:3 which was also the promise for the week, she said that in as much as God knows the need of His children, they should not assume that things would be sorted out if they don’t demand for it. “Don’t assume God knows what you need. Yes He knows, but He said you should ask; so you must ask,” she said.
She, therefore, urged them to always call on God into whatever area of life they need Him. “If you need Him to fight your battle, call Him Jehovah El-Sabaoth. When you call upon Him, He will answer,” she said.
