Mrs Koiki is a strong leader and a passionate educator, with a track record for discovery and execution.
She attended St. Annes School Ibadan and Queens College Lagos for HSC (A’Levels).
She also attended University of Lagos where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, and went on to the UK to earn a Montessori Diploma from St. Nicholas Montessori Training Centre.
The Greensprings’ concept was conceived and introduced by Mrs Koiki in 1985. Her ground-breaking innovations and commitment to the educational sector has kept Greensprings on a steady growth. Greensprings School currently has three campuses (Anthony, Lekki and Ikoyi) in Lagos, with a combined population of over 2000 students. Greensprings Educational Services also run a special need school called Anthos House in Lagos.
Leveraging on her professional experience as an Educational Instructor, Leader and Administrator, she has provided over thirty years of strategic leadership to Greensprings.
Mrs Koiki is a pioneer in providing and promoting inclusive Special Needs Education in Nigeria and her campaign has led to massive sensitization and awareness of the educational needs in our society.
As an instructor, she is sought out by both public and private schools to provide capacity building support.
As a passionate educator, she provides learning facilities, training and support to public schools, private schools and other educational organisations.
Committed to the principle of sharing best practices, she has also introduced a unique annual Open House event, where Greensprings School opens its doors to thousands of teachers and school owners from all over the country. The event tagged ‘what we do’ and ‘how we do it’ presents an opportunity for sharing of ideas and best practices.
She is a founding member of the Association of Private Educators in Nigeria (APEN) and a member of its Board of Trustees, She is a Board member of Accreditation International, a US-based organization that accredits international schools and sets academic standards for improvement of schools.
She is motivated by her love for the Nigerian Child and remains a Pre-school teacher at heart.
