Speaking from Ephesians 3:17-19, Romans 5:8-10, Deuteronomy 7:9, Jeremiah 31:3, Psalm 27:10 and 1 John 4:18a, Pastor Nwachukwu Nzegwu told the congregation at the July 28 Sunday first service that it would require a revelation to understand God’s perfect love for man because it is inexplicable. “The level of your faith is dependent on how much you know God loves you,” he said.
According to him, the love of God was expressed through the sacrifice of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. This, Pastor Nzegwu noted, brings about blessings and victorious lifestyle on earth as well as the hope of eternal rest for those who accept it. “Don’t get so formal or mechanical with God that you forget and neglect His love for you,” he stated.
He then admonished them to continue to meditate on the love of God for them as this will boost their confidence in Him to face any situation. “You need to get to the point that you know that the love of you God is enormous and build your faith on that,” he said.
