I bless God for His faithfulness over my life, and for healing me from asthma. Last year was not easy. In fact, it has not been easy from the day I was born, but I thank God for preserving my life. This is my second time of testifying here because I worship at RCCG. Am only a Fountaineer because of Thursday Showers.
I want to thank God for the power of the communion. In my church, we had a three-day programme and our pastor emphasised that we should drop old things. I used to be asthmatic. I was not born with it; but, for 17 years, I suffered from asthma. Even in church while others were dancing and shouting, I would be there feeling pain, and I couldn’t shake my body.
After that programme, I told God to give me a sign that the Asthma was gone. Last night, before I went to bed, I prayed in my closet that, “God let not the communion I take in Fountain be in vain.” I was waiting for a sign; I slept and woke up, yet no sign. Then this morning I had a dream; in the dream, I saw myself throwing up, and I kept vomiting nonstop. People gathered around me and asked who did this to me. I said I didn’t know.
They said, “You can’t even talk.” But I replied that I could talk and the thing kept coming out until I woke up with the thing in my mouth. I went to the toilet and I threw it up. When I came back, I discovered that I could not swallow spit, I kept bringing it out. After morning devotion this morning, I told my mum. She said it was deliverance. I just want to thank God that He healed me from Asthma of 26 years!
