In continuation of the message he started the previous Thursday, Pastor Taiwo at the July 12 Sunday Service said that Adam’s disobedience in the Garden of Eden, which led to the fall of humanity, represents an abuse of the Law of Life, which resulted into dire consequences of the devil taking over the reins of authority from mankind as well as both physical and spiritual death.
He, however, pointed out that the consequences of the law of sin and death does not affect anyone who accepts Jesus Christ and believes in His work of Redemption, noting that such a person has received the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus which sets him or her free from the law of sin and death as recorded in Romans 8:1 -2. “There is a limit to what man can say or do to you when you operate under the Law of the Spirit,” he said.
He then admonished believers to always conform to GOD’s declarations in the light of the current pandemic, noting that the Law of the Spirit in Christ Jesus is superior to other laws governing sickness, shame, disgrace, and afflictions. “Hold fast to this reality for the assurance of already settled victory,” he urged.
