Pastor Nomthi Odukoya
Fountaineers were on Thursday, January 21, 2021, asked to walk in wiseness and not in foolishness.
The request came from the Associate Senior Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church (TFOLC), Pastor Nomthi Odukoya, during the Thursday Showers service, which held at the church’s main auditorium in Ilupeju, Lagos State.
Speaking from Ephesians 5:15-16, Pastor Nomthi, who stated that the days are full of evil, argued that the heart of men without Christ is deceitful.
According to the Senior Pastor’s wife, “Anybody living right now knows that the days are evil. People knows that there is a pandemic out there, there is deception, there are riots,” even as she asked those in attendance to beg God for a heart of wisdom, which according to her, remains the principal thing.
She continued, saying that the many fights seen today are largely due to the lack of wisdom and understanding.
Pastor Nomthi suggested that, “The devil wants people to continue fighting by creating misunderstanding. Wisdom is not popular, but foolishness is. Wisdom is harder to embrace.”
