Life is filled with battles. There is nobody in this world that is not fighting, had not fought, or will not fight battles. As fertilizers are to crops, sometimes, battles define your destiny. The devil will not fight anyone without a future.
Pastor Tayo Kujore noted this during his ministration at the July 15 Thursday showers.
According to him, things, economies and currencies will always change but amid the changes, believers ought to know that there is always a way out.
He took his reading from Obadiah 1:17-18 and while citing Hannah as recorded in 1 Samuel 1:8-11 and Jabez as recorded in 1 Chronicles 4:9-10, the cleric said believers have the right to deliverance as well as to possess their possession.
According to him, this will be achieved when they have a high place where they have a personal meeting or connection with God.
“Your high place for this year is a place of separation for you and God for clarity of purpose. Corporate prayers and meetings are good but you need a personal meeting with God to get clarity for the year,” he explained.
“This is where you can be real with God. You also need scriptures for strength to face the battles of life. This will give you strength.”
He, therefore, urged believers to always remember the word of God and stand on it to navigate the times and seasons.
“Trials will come but don’t let it sweep you away. Pain will come but don’t be discouraged. Betrayals would come, don’t give up,” he told the worshippers.
