Pastor Abiodun Soderu, reflecting on the November Anointing Service presided over by the Senior Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, noted that Paul and Silas’ arrest and imprisonment created an opportunity for the jailor and other prisoners to get saved.
The deliverance wrought at the prison was equally God’s way of letting the devil know that the believer cannot be stopped, trapped or held back by the walls of a prison.
Pastor Abiodun also revealed that praying and praising was a lifestyle for Paul and Silas, which didn’t change even when imprisoned.
Reading from Acts 16: 25-27, Colossians 1:3, Colossians 4:2, Ephesians 5:18-20, Psalm 1:1-3, and Proverbs 27:17, during the Thursday Showers service of November 4, 2021, the cleric called on worshipers to have the right company at all times, the clergyman said, “It is not a time to complain, abuse, take offence or speak ill. But pray at such moments and await your miracle.”
