Pastor Taiwo Odukoya of The Fountain of Life Church, TFOLC, Ilupeju, Lagos, has revealed that Apostle Paul was a man of intense prayers. In the place of prayers, God revealed to him the mystery of the Jews and Gentiles belonging to one family.
Taking his Bible reference from Ephesians 3:14-17, Pastor Taiwo, during the December 9, 2021, Thursday Showers service, noted that God is family-oriented and is the Father from whom believers derive their existence.
“Every time you come in contact with Him, know that you are coming before your Father,” he said while stating that, “There is a family in heaven and also on earth, and we know this by the scriptures.”
The clergyman went ahead to say that the revelation of God in the life of a believer is always to bring glory to God.
“Though men count riches in currency and precious stones, God’s riches are in His glory. Therefore, when a life glorifies God, such a person will see God manifest for them like never before, and such a man will be seen as strong; but it is the Strong God that is at work in the life of the man that gives God all the glory.”
In concluding, Pastor Taiwo insisted that God is the pilot of the Christians’ life and that though that Christian might be troubled, God is never disturbed. He further stated that the inner man of a believer gets his strength from God.
In his words: “There is no amount of strength you want to wield; if it does not come from the inner man, you are joking. God strengthens us from the inside out; our hearts receive strength from God to empower our body and soul.”
