The Bishops’ Court and the Home Affairs, the married men and women fellowships of The Fountain of Life Church (TFOLC), Lagos, came together on January 15, 2022, to express their gratitude to God over their lives, families, and businesses.
The meeting, which was held at the Youth Chapel of the church, also marked the fellowships’ first meeting for the year.
Testimonies on supernatural deliverance from evil occurrences, restoration of stolen possession, elevation at the place of work, and God’s divine protection were also a highlight of the meeting.
The prayer sessions touched on all aspects of effective living. Anchor scriptures used for the prayers included Proverbs 4:18 for prayers of thanksgiving and an assured 2022, 2 Corinthians 3:18 for God’s revealing glory, which is the theme word and scripture for the year, Romans 8:18 for businesses, 2 Chronicles 7:14 for the nation, Jeremiah 3:15 for Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, his family and the church. Members of the fellowships also prayed for marriages, the children and the body of Christ at large.
The programme came to a wrap with prayers taken from Zechariah 4:9 and Psalm 125:2 – scriptures reflecting the year’s promise for Bishops’ Court and Home Affairs fellowships.
Pastor Femi Megbope and Pastor Mary Fayemi closed the programme with a blessing.
