Promise of the Week

Pastor Nomthi Encourages Fountaineers to Walk by Faith, Not By Sight

Members of The Fountain of Life Church were on Sunday, November 8, 2020 charged to walk by faith and not by sight. The charge came through Pastor Nomthi Odukoya, while admonishing the congregation from Mark 10:27 which is the promise for the week. “All things are possible before God,” she noted.

The Senior Pastor’s wife also held that those discouraged should rise above their level and think on God’s level. While acknowledging that people have different desires, Pastor Nomthi insisted that since God has promised that all things are possible, their desires would be brought to actualization.

She said, “You will be overshadowed by the power of the Holy Spirit, just like it happened to Mary who conceived without a man.”
