While admonishing the congregation from Proverbs 4:18 which is the promise for the week, Pastor Nomthi at the October 11 Sunday service, said that the path of the believer is like the shining sun that shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. “There is no way you will be shining your light and good things will not be happening to you. There is no way you will be shining your light and you will not be rich. There is no way you will be shining your light and sadness will be coming to you,” she said.
According to Pastor Nomthi, believers should not allow the things of darkness to settle on their lives, noting that this can hinder their light from shinning. This, she stated, would not make the people around them glorify their Father in heaven as adjured in Matthew 5:16.
