God’s children ought to enjoy His faithfulness and blessings because He is faithful to His Word.

Pastor Mary Fayemi of The Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju, stated this at the October 28 Thursday Showers.

In taking her Bible reference from 1 Corinthians 1:9, Pastor Mary Fayemi noted that the Word of God is settled forever and produces desired results.

According to the cleric, “God’s Words have no issue to perform once you can believe. Therefore, confront every situation with the Word of God because it is creative.”

Speaking further from Psalm 118:89, Isaiah 55:10-11, 1 Peter 2:9 and Ecclesiastes 8:4, Pastor Mary Fayemi explained that the Word of God is settled in heaven forever, but people do not experience God’s faithfulness because of the challenge of having the settled work done in their lives.

According to the minister, doubt, sin, selfishness, separation from God, and lack of always declaring God’s Word are factors that deny believers from experiencing the physical manifestation of His Word.

In her words, “There is no challenge with the Word of God; the challenge is with us. Of course, doubt will come, but it is only a fact, not the truth.

“Facts will change, but the truth of the Word of God will never change. Therefore, believe and stand on God’s Word because when God says it, He stands by what He says. So, speak without doubting.”

Pastor Mary Fayemi consequently admonished believers from James 1-6-8, Matthew 12:23, James 3:8-12, Psalm 66:18, James 4:2-3, and Deuteronomy 8:1-4, to always believe the Word of God because He is the creator of the Word. She further charged her listeners to keep speaking it because that is when the Word will be fulfilled.

She said, “The Word of God is like water, and we ought to allow it in our hearts with all purity. Therefore, check your heart and remove whatever may pollute the pure Word of God.

“Challenges will come, life will happen, but the key is believing and confessing the Word regardless of the circumstances or challenges.”
