“As long as you are born again, you are an epitome of His glory. Therefore, what is important to God is that you are empowered to work in the reality of who you are in Him.
“Your prayers, therefore, help and empower you to work in the reality of what He has done.”
These were the words of the Senior Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, TFOLC, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, during the December 12, 2021, Sunday service.
Speaking on the topic, ‘My Prayer’, the TFOLC helmsman reminded the church that they are strengthened with might through God’s Spirit in their inner man through prayers.
Reading from Ephesians 3:14-19 and Ephesians 4:1, the cleric noted that if a believer’s inner man can be saturated with power, they will walk in victory physically, spiritually, emotionally and financially.
This, he said, is the pattern of the Kingdom, “if that inner part of you is not dealt with, you can never manifest it outside.”
He also encouraged his listeners to connect to the Holy Spirit when situations get so tight.
“He will strengthen you with might. So then, when you are strengthened with might, you will clearly see, and you will discern the presence of the Master in your life.
“Being born again means your life has become a union of life between you and Him. It will never be you alone anymore. It is a covenant relationship.”
While also referring to 2 Corinthians 6, Galatians 2:20, Mark 11:22, and Ephesians 5:18, the cleric concluded by noting that, to the extent to which a believer wills the power working in them, they will see the power multiply, and see God do exceedingly abundantly above.
“If you are not willing to see it, why will He do it? The Holy Ghost will not force you to do what you ought to do. It is in proportion to your use. So the more you use it, the more you get it,” he said.
