Members of The Fountain of Life Church (TFOLC), Ilupeju, Lagos State, have been told that the New Year 2022 will be another year of many great exploits.
Pastor Femi Odumabo stated this during the January 2 Sunday service through his message captioned, ‘The New Beginning’.
The clergyman told the congregation that they should be peaceful in God in the New Year because it would be a year of abundant peace.
According to him, God has given each one a different destiny to fulfil on earth; noting that irrespective of whatever happens to one or how short or long one lives, their purpose would be achieved, just as Jesus Christ achieved His purpose on earth even though He lived for just 33 years.
In taking his Bible reference from Genesis 3:19-24, Daniel 12:1-2 and Isaiah 1:19, Pastor Femi Odumabo insisted that God is interested in believers’ pleasure and peace and their peace will continue even after they sleep in the Lord, so long as their names are found in the Book of Life.
The cleric further charged the congregation to continually have peace irrespective of their circumstances because it would all end in their promotion.
He also prayed for them to receive the strength to their purpose in 2022, among other prophetic declarations he made as he ended his message.
