The Senior Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church (TFOLC), Pastor Jimmy Odukoya, who started a new series, captioned ‘The Wall, The Praise and The Glory, during the December 10 Sunday service, called on the church to rejoice irrespective of their situations.

Speaking during the December 10 Sunday service, Pastor Jimmy posited, “Sometimes, victory can look like a closed door. You might not understand it, but thank God for closed doors.”

Taking his Bible reference from Genesis 7:16 and Joshua 6:1, the clergyman further maintained that some closed doors are sometimes victories in disguise.

While explaining how God shut the doors of the Ark because a mighty flood was about to sweep across the earth, Pastor Jimmy maintained that wherever God sends a person, He also makes provision in that place.

Expounding on the new teaching series, Pastor Jimmy read from Numbers 13:30–33 and Numbers 14:1-3, just as she asked Christians to banish fear from their minds, and stated that God has not given them the spirit of fear.

He said, “Fear will keep you behind walls and make you see yourself less than you are.”

The Senior Pastor consequently urged the congregation to be confident in God and walk continuously in that consciousness, irrespective of the situation.

“If they like, let them come on their heads; they will come in one way and flee in seven ways. In this life, what matters is who is on your side. God is on your side” he declared.
