Pastor Toluwani Odukoya-Ijogun, the Associate Senior Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church (TFOLC), has insisted that believers should always sow good seeds in their interactions, words, and thoughts.

Preaching during the December 7 Thursday Showers service, the clergywoman posited that the Word of God is a seed, and it does produce fruit (Galatians 6:7-9), just as she further hinted to the believers that everything they do is important because it represents their Father (God). She also added that a seed is a living thing that can grow into a tree.

The preacher, therefore, admonished parents to sow good seeds in the lives of their children, for seeds are spiritual and always produce fruits.

Taking her Bible reference from Genesis 8:22, the woman of God encouraged believers to always sow good seeds, whether they feel like it or not, because there is always a planting season before harvest time.

She said, “There are principles in the Kingdom of God, and seed is a Kingdom principle. Money is not the only seed you can sow. Good words, love, kindness, etc., are all seeds.

“The Word of God is a seed and the heart of a believer is the soil, the more you speak the Word, it plants in the heart, the more you think about it, the more you water it and the more it grows.”

While urging the congregation to say what they want to see happen in their lives rather than what may be their reality in the present, the Associate Senior Pastor encouraged the church to desire not only the gifts of the spirit but also the fruits of the spirit (Romans 11:29).

Pastor Toluwani Odukoya said that believers are meant to live intentionally and live by the Word of God because they are carriers of a seed (Luke 8:11).

The cleric maintained that everything a believer needs is embedded in the Word of God, so they must search the Word and confess it until it becomes their reality (Psalm 27:1).

In her words: “God expects believers to sow good seeds as a church and to one another. Life is all about seeds for seeds are eternal, you might not reap the fruits now, but always know that God owes no man.”
