Pastor Taiwo has said any believer who loses hope or heart is simply not praying, as he called on Fountaineers to imbibe the attitude of prayer.
He said this on Sunday, February 16th, 2020 during his sermon where he read from Luke 18 vs 1 and James 5 vs 17.
According to Pastor Taiwo who cited the experience of Elijah the Prophet and King Ahab as Elijah prayed for 3years that it should not rain and it was so, prayers can open the heavens for a believer.
The clergyman stated that prayer can stop the devil’s operation and the lack of it unleashes him, describing it as a sure tool to win over the devil is prayer.

“For us to walk in the domino we are created in, we need to pray always,” he said.
He noted that in the time of Elijah a lot of miracles happened because he prayed earnestly and fervently as he cited James 5 vs 16, saying every born again child of God is righteous.
This is as he reminded the worshippers that it is up to them, the righteous, to pray and declare for things to happen.
Also, he stated that every prophecy is a warfare, saying Elijah prayed persistently and his faith did not waver at any point.
“Keep on praying until everything is perfected in your life,” he urged Fountaineers.
He, therefore, charged them to take up prayers when they are giving up on life, health, marriage, career etc, as Paul said in 1 Thess 5 vs 17.
